Does grademy cover every course?
No. Coverage varies by subject, level and exam board. grademy can also work from materials you upload, but check that your exact course is supported before relying on it for a syllabus.
Is this live human tutoring?
No. The learner plan is AI tutoring software, not a bundle of live sessions with a person. It is designed for frequent explanations, practice, marking and review between any human support you choose to use.
What happens at the end of the trial?
For an eligible new learner account, a card is required but the first 3 days cost £0. Cancel before the trial ends and there is no subscription charge. Otherwise, the selected monthly or yearly price is charged and renews on that cadence until cancelled. The trial is not available while new accounts are paused.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge, or before a later renewal to avoid the next one.
Is the price different for teaching teams?
For 3 to 100 learners, teachers and tutors use the same per-learner monthly or yearly rate, with no separate teacher-workspace fee. Larger school rollouts need a separate conversation.
